You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by EXPECT and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Content generated for your account remains yours to use.

6. Automated Content Generation

EXPECT generates automated SEO articles based on your site's keyword opportunities. By using our content generation features, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Draft review: All generated content is created as drafts for your review before publishing. You retain full editorial control and can edit, approve, or reject any article.
• Internal linking: EXPECT includes contextual internal links within articles to strengthen your site structure and distribute page authority across your own content.
• Content quality: Generated content quality may vary. All articles should be reviewed before publishing to ensure accuracy, tone, and alignment with your brand.
• No ranking guarantees: EXPECT does not guarantee specific search ranking improvements from generated content. Search engine rankings depend on many factors outside our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

EXPECT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
